Renuvion is a minimally-invasive smoothing and contouring procedure that combines helium plasma and RF energy. Whilst primarily used for the face, neck and chin to achieve an overall younger and tighter-looking appearance, Renuvion can also provide excellent results for contouring other areas of the body The result of years of scientific research, experimentation, refinement, and market testing, Renuvion is the only product that is FDA-cleared to improve the appearance of loose skin on the neck and chin. It was also recently cleared for specific dermatological procedures for the treatment of moderate to severe wrinkles and rhytides.

How it works

The optimal temperature for subdermal tissue contraction is 85°C, but most standard monopolar and bipolar radiofrequency devices can’t reach this temperature quickly enough without causing a concerning rise in skin temperature. Renuvion, however, heats to 85°C safely with minimal thermal spread and cools to baseline temperatures in less than a second. This maximises tissue contraction with a shorter application time. Entry points are very small, resulting in less pain, shorter recovery, and minimal scarring.
