Firstly we scan beneath the skin surface to identify levels of pigmentation, rosacea and hydration. On the basis of what this shows we are able to adapt the protocol to the individual patient needs.

Regenerative peel

The first step in this protocol is a regenerstive peel that will dissolve dead cells whilst restoring a healthy glow to your skin. During the peel, patients will feel a light tingling.

Radio Frequency assisted microneedling

The second step in the protocol is RF assisted microneedling. We use the state of the art Lutronic Genius, which harnesses the power of AI to deliver the precise amount of energy the tissues require without going so deep as to enter the sub-cutaneous layer, where it would destroy fat.

This treatment is carried out with topical numbing cream and local anaesthesia, as it does involve some discomfort. Some patients prefer to be sedated during the procedure.

Exosomes

The third element in this protocol is the application of an infusion of dermal regenerative exosomes to the skin post-microneedling. The exosomes deliver growth factors and powerful anti-inflammatory molecules through the channels created by the microneedling into the layers of your skin. These stimulate collagen production which will improve elasticity and tighten the skin to address wrinkles and fine lines.
