These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the annual membership package (“Package”) offered by The Ghanem Clinic. By purchasing and using the Package, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Membership Benefits:

1.1 The Package entitles the member to access specific benefits and services provided by the Clinic for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

1.2 Membership benefits may include but are not limited to discounts on products or services, exclusive events, priority booking, and special offers.

1.3 The specific benefits included in the Package are outlined at the time of purchase and may be subject to change at the Company’s discretion.

Membership Fee:

2.1 The membership fee for the Package is specified at the time of purchase and is payable in full at the time of enrolment or by monthly payments.

2.2 The membership fee is non-refundable except as provided for under applicable consumer protection laws.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to modify the membership fee for future renewals of the Package.

Membership Duration and Renewal:

3.1 The Package is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

3.2 Membership will automatically renew at the end of the annual term unless cancelled by the member prior one month prior to the renewal date.

3.3 Renewal fees will be charged at the prevailing rate unless otherwise notified by the Clinic

3.4 Members will be notified prior to the renewal date and provided with instructions on how to cancel their membership if desired.

Membership Cancellation and Refunds:

4.1 Membership is for a 12month period and membership fees paid are non refundable.

4.2 Membership can only be cancelled during the 12 month membership period  if none of the clinical services included within the membership benefits  have yet been taken.

4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.

Use of Membership:

5.1 Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

5.2 Members may be required to present valid identification when accessing certain benefits or services.

5.3 Any misuse of membership benefits may result in the immediate termination of the membership without refund.

Limitation of Liability:

6.1 The Ghanem Clinic  is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the member’s use or inability to use the Package or associated benefits.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Package or any associated benefits at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law:

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Changes to Terms:

8.1 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

8.2 Updated Terms will be posted on the Company’s website, and it is the member’s responsibility to review them periodically.

8.3 Continued use of the Package after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By purchasing the annual membership package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
